Jadzia DeForest
I installed a password recovery module but it didn't work so I uninstalled and deleted it. Now my forgot password page is stuck on the url to that module: http://deveradistributing.com/module/passwordsecurity/passwordrecovery How can I get it to change back to using PrestaShop's forgot password file instead of this deleted module? I've cleared the cache and gone to Preferences ->SEO/URLs and clicked save to regenerate the htaccess file. None of that worked. Any ideas? masterzman
you might need to actually look at your htaccess file yourself to see if that module may have overrode a setting by placing itself above or below the prestashop code lines. If anything is placed outside the prestashop, then prestashop cant remove it.
Jadzia DeForest
That makes sense. Thank you!
masterzman
Please let me know if that fixed your issue. If you require help with the htaccess file, please post it here.
