Paypal not charging the right amount, Prestashop says it ok

I have a multishop installation with Swedish krona as default currency. I've added dollar and euro to Prestashop. Everything works fine in most cases both foreign and domestic orders but in at least one known order PayPal fails to withdraw the right amount. Couple of odd things are:

1. The shippingamount is right but the productprice is not
2. Lots of orders have gone through the Prestashop-PayPay workflow with the expected result
3. The amount looks right in Prestashop but not in Paypal admin.

I'm kinda lost in where to start looking since most orders work. Have anyone experienced anything like this or know where I should start looking?
