Sever Connection Error

Hello,

My prestashop website keeps losing connection every 5 minutes. I have upgraded my hosting plan twice, increased my php limit to 2gb, clear cache, force compilation, tried different browsers, tried different ip addresses and I always get the same error. 

In chrome - "No data received. ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE - Unable to load the webpage because the server sent no data."

In firefox, "The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web"

Not sure what can be an issue but try first to enable debug mode

Also check your root folder for error.log file if exists and if it have some info about errors.

And check on Cpanel error logs.

Searching google for your error message suggests that it could be a cache issue or malware

 

Clear all the caches on your website AND your computer. If the problem persists try running antivirus and malwaresbytes on your computer to ensure no nasties
