uniform class being added ?

Hi,

I am creating a slideout menu for our mobile site.

Its now live on our site ( address in sig )

 

The slide-checkbox is used for our menu button, but on some pages (login/cart) "uniform" is added to the class to make it uniform-slide-checkbox.

This the shows the checkbox which is messing my theme.

 

Why is uniform being added here and how can I stop it.

p.s  Somebody creating a module for the top menu to create this slideout menu would be awesome

 

(Im not clever enough to make modules)
