It's not going to be free, but it's also not going to cost a lot of euros (at least not in my mind).If you look at my site, you'll see that my prices are lower than most other shops, I charge what I think is fair, based on the amount of work and difficulty level that go into a module.This specific module is pretty complicated, especially since there could be very big databases which create memory issues.I can get to more technical details, but the bottom line is that this module requires a lot of work and a lot of testing.The price will probably be $60 (44 euros), which in my mind is nothing compared to the time it saves you on migrating, or the time it takes to create the module. With the greatest love and respect to OSC (which I still run on key shops and which I have been using for years until I found PS), their dev is not moving into the directions that other fresh alternatives such as PS are offering in heaps and loads.Good luck with this mod!
