multiple carriers in shopbasket and everything is configured for weight?

Hi guys,

I made a zone : NON Europe
I made several weight options like :
0-10 kg
10-15 kg
etc

then for every with 0-10 for carrier non europe I made price

the moment someone shops and the total order weight = 12 kg
then in his basket he gets all the NON europe carriers where he can select????

normaly I thought that if he is in zone NON Europe for carrier non europe the gets only the carrier :
non europe 10-15 kg?

how can I set this up that he/she can not choose the carrier, but that the carrier is selected on base of their weight like I preconfigurated in the admin?

hope someone can give me a tip because if someone order more then 40 kg and select the carrier 0-10kg, then I lose a lot of money on that shipment.
