Currency Parse Error

I contacted my host regarding about the currency parse error and this is what they replied me:

FYI, We have disabled allow_url_fopen and fopen in the server for security reasons. I would recommend you to contact the script developer and find and alternative solution. or you can go for our DVMS plan Please click the below URL and check out the plan.

I need an alternative solution to this problem.
