When I have personal delivery on exact address let´s say that I have address 1 that is permanent and only there customer can pick up goods. But we needs to arrange time and day in advance. This is per email or per telephone. Then I go into BO and change status of order to - personal picking up - I have changed item cheque and then customer receives email that we have agreed on this. But as you know, these email are fixed and can´t be amended before releasing from Presta. Is there any chance how can I put note into this with exact day and time?
