TomMacaw
Hi everyone, I have a big problem with my shop. Since yesterday i can't add any products to my shoppingcart and i am getting te following error. Impossible to add product to cart. textStatus: 'error' errorThrown: 'Internal server error' responseText: I checked all over the internet and the forum but all the solutions (turn of ajax in cart, remove PayPal) that are given don't work. Turning off ajax in the shopping cart did remove the error message but if i add something to the cart the screen turns white and the shopping cart stays empty. I didn't change anything on the site the last few days except for the delivery conditions (different prices). I changed them back but that didn't help. After that i upgraded to the latest prestashop version but that didn't help either. Does anyone know what to do? I am using prestashop 1.6.1.1 and a custom theme. Please help me! razaro
It is hard to check if your store is in maintenance mode. But could be some JavaScript error that influence on code in ajax-cart.js.

psonou
Hi, I have the same problem with my store at naja-business.com but it seems not coming from Ganalytic. I have turned on error reporting and here is what the store shows when I try to add something to the cart: Impossible to add the product to the cart.textStatus: 'parsererror'errorThrown: 'SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data'responseText:Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /home/najabusi/www/override/controllers/front/CartController.php on line 84 The store is currently in Maintenance mode. Let me know if you want me to put it back on-line for troubleshooting or just give me your IP@. Thanks for your quick answer as I'm loosing customers.... cadiz
I have the same problem, did you find the solution? When Google analytics module is activated my cart gives this message: Impossible to add the product to the cart.textStatus: 'error'errorThrown: 'Internal Server Error'responseText: Or gives problems trying to delete something direcly. It happens specially with a category no idea why. I have Prestashop Cloud version 1.6.0.
mohanma
Hi, I do get an error as the thread starter has reported. And the solution is to disable the google analytics module. But is there a solution for the google analytics module to be enabled and still add the products to the cart ? Thanks
