Please help i lost my store!

I purchased a domain only package from 1and1. I created a new store on prestashop cloud and couldn't activate ssl so purchased a certificate through 1and1. They advised me to go with the unlimited pro hosting package that comes with free SSL. Since they have changed domain only package to a pro hosted package when I try to log into my prestashop store I get a 1and1 temporary homepage!! I rang 1and1 and they say I need to get my website files from pswebshop? how on earth do I get my website files back? I had no ftp user,  nothing.

Feel like crying! been working on my site for months.

 

Any help with this will be massively appreciated.

You cannot usw foreign SSL certificates in prestashop cloud. Btw SSL is not possible in prestashop cloud at the moment. Not officially only AS tester. Please read the SSL topic here in the forum. There you can apply for test account

I purchased the SSL certificate has I was getting this error message

The SSL certificate for this site was purchased for another domain the website you are trying to access is not safe.

 

Now I have completely lost my store since buying a hosting package through 1 and 1
