Cannot install theme

Hi there,

 

I'm new to Prestashop cloud and want to move my existing store on Shopify to Prestashop due to the much better features and functionality that this platform offers (especially multi language and multi currency!)

 

My journey so far is not off to the best start. I spent hours and hours watching videos and began setting up my shop.

 

I bought a theme called Wow through the Prestashop Addons marketplace. It appeared in my site and once I selected it nothing worked; there was no display on the website.

 

Back and forth with the module's tech support and now I can no longer see the theme in my site (only the basic one) I can download the Wow theme form the Prestashop Addons site, but I'm not sure how to install it like that.

 

Can anyone help me here?

It doesn't work as the theme was somehow removed.

 

If I go to presta addons the only option is to buy it again or download it

You should contact the developer in this case, directly Art addons contact Form. Please check this Option directly to your order at addons site

I tried to contact developer. They said that they can't do anything and to contact Presta. 

 

I sent 2 emails to presta addons, I even tried to call them (it is impossible to get through).

 

No one seems to care at Presta

I contactwd presta again and they told me to contact developer! It's ridiculous. They support is the worst I have ever experience!
