karant
Hi I updated to 1.6,1 from 1.6.0.9 using the 1 click update process. I now have lost all my CMS pages. Front shop: The CMS categories are there. The CMS pages are missing. Backend The CMS categories are there the CMS pages are there When I click on edit CMS page, it shows a empty CMS field as if I am creating a new one. Is there anyway to get them back? Thanks Karan Edited August 14, 2015 by karant (see edit history)

Naldinho
A decent hosting provider will have backups of your site that they can restore. Restore the site then before upgrading again open every CMS page in source code mode and copy the entire text to a text file. Upgrade again and if the same problem presents itself you can now quickly make new versions of the CMS using your saved text files. Beyond that can't really offer much more of a suggestion since the upgrade should not have caused you CMS pages to disappear -- because something that wasn't supposed to happened happened it is going to be hard to figure out why without having access to the server. Thanks I already make backups my self and I have a live test sever which i do changes and updates on before i make the changes to the customer facing site. So I did manually make new CMS pages and copied over the source code. But you can Imagen this being annoying. This is stopping me to update my customer facing site.
