Disabled Apache Multi View and got internal server error

We have been setting up the Advance URL module and encountered a white screen on the front end

 

I went tot he back end and enabled "Disable apache multi view" and now get an error 500 internal server error

 

I cannot now access front or back end

 

Can anyone help please as we are stuck!
