There's nothing below in the "Tool" section? & Newsletter Problem?

First of all, I'm very new here and I would like to say thanks to the authors of this ecommerce script. It's very appealing and professional. THANK AGAIN....

Now, about my problem(s)....

When I'm in the back end of the program (admin) I click on the "Tools" tab and it says....."

Several tools are available to manage your shop.

Please choose one by selecting a sub-tab below !

But there are "no" tools listed below. So, could you kindly explain why I am not seeing any "Shop Tools" below?

Secondly.....I installed the "Newsletter Modules" , but, I've searched the whole script system and have not found a "Newsletter Tool" where I can type, etc in my newsletter. Can you help me with this problem as well.

The tools are the tabs that say "Employees" "Profiles" "Permissions" "Contacts" "Languages" "Translation" "Tabs" "Quick Access" etc etc etc. So yes wrong if you like as they are above the writing but are still subtabs from the original "Tools".

The newsletter is merely a .csv file that you can export and use as an address list. There is no such facility to send newsletters from the back office of prestashop at this time.
