Problems with recommended chat

I want to have a live chat so I just installed the recommended chat LivePerson; however I am having some problems:

 

- When I visit my store from my mobile device, I do not see the chat (but I do in my laptop)

- I am trying to show the users a banner to invite them to chat when they are about to abandon the cart. I created a flow in liveengage but when I test it, it does not work. Should I include in the flow the urls with http... with www with the slash at the end or what else could be happening?

I did not copy any code, I installed the module LivePerson and wrote my LiveEngage Account Number. Hope this helps you...
