mrkidd85
I am in charge of the website http://www.cheapbathroomsuk.com - I have had a white screen for the past hour or so. It happened when I updated a product and then enabled/disabled Smarty Cache and the page cache module a few times. I then turned my server off and on with no joy. Will it go away on its own? I have no development skills - my job is just to update products and prices. Does anyone know the best way to fix this? I know no PHP or anything like that. FashionistaMarket
Hi, beside waiting for forum reply, you can also request you server provider support to make a backup and restore, from a point were the site were working fine

tomerg3
This generally happens when there is an error in one of the .tpl files, which may have not been recompiled before, and started showing only after you cleared the cache. Turn on dev mode (set false to true) in /config/defines.inc.php and you should see the actual error (and files)
mrkidd85
Thanks - it's fixed now. I don't have access to the config folder on FTP for some reason though. Maybe something wrong with the permissions?
