Does anyone know why I can not change the "Store Information" on the right bottom corner?

To change the store information in the footer you need to go to Modules page, search for "Contact information block" and click on configure. 

If you did that and still nothing happened then what Paulito suggested should work.

Hi, i have similar issue. I have configured the contact information block and also cleared cache but the information block does not show up on my website.

 

Any advice?

Is Contact information block module set on displayFooter position? Check in Modules > Positions

I have it on both displayFooter and displayHeader. Should i have it on both?

By the way, i performed a reset on the module and it appear on my site.  However, could you advice how can i position the contact information block on the right side of my site, instead at the left bottom?  Also, how can i add email, telephone icon in the contact information block similar to that in the picture posted by Jimmy Yang?

It's ok if it's set on both positions.

 

It should appear in the right side in the footer by default. If it doesn't go again to the Modules > Positions page, search for displayFooter and move "Contact infromations block" towards the bottom of the list thus moving it on the right side in the footer.

 

You can change the information by going to the Modules page, search for "Contact information block" click on configure button and the icons will automatically show up as you fill up each field.

Sorry, i have forgot to attached the picture of my site.

I have configure the contact block module but no icon appears.  Also i the position of the module is at the bottom and yet on my website, the store contact is still on the left bottom.

 

Any advice?

I see you are using a different theme than the default one. Maybe the icons were removed for theme design purpouses, you should ask the theme author for a more accurate answer.
