stevewellsphoto
hi, i have successfully installed version 1.2.5.0, but no employee tab exists under tools.....what can i do to add this feature - i'd like to modify where customer messages are sent, as they are currently heading into the wrong email inbox.cheerssteve
rocky
The Employees tab is no longer under the Tools tab, but is its own tab now. You should go to Employees > Contacts to change the contact form email addresses.
stevewellsphoto
thanks for writing, i dont have it.... what version are you running?cheers
rocky
I'm running v1.2.5, the same as yours. You should have that tab, unless Prestashop didn't upgrade properly. Did any SQL errors occur during the upgrade? You can add the tab by going to Tools > Tabs and entering the same information as in the screenshots. If you have tabs missing, there's a good chance that other things have gone wrong during the upgrade and you'll encounter other problems. You'll need to fix whatever SQL errors occurred during the upgrade or do a clean install for it to function correctly.
stevewellsphoto
Rocky, you are a star, it works great, thanks so much.....now, on permissions and contacts, i get an "invalid security token"....otherwise i've had little problem with the site....cheers again

rocky
I was born in Melbourne and most of my relatives live there. If you're getting invalid security token errors, it is probably easier for you to just do a clean install of Prestashop.
