For this i have created one Cloud Store (Country = USA) and also Created one Store by Downloading your v1.6.1.0 Build (Country = INDIA). But In Catalog >> Product Price section, Final Retail Price is not correct in case I have created account using USA country also Retail Price with Tax is not displayed in same account.
