mikelawry Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 Hi, I have a strange problem where the product images does not appear on a mobile browser. Instead of the product image I see a question mark. This problem occurs randomly on any pages. However I am able to view the website in a desktop browser without any problem. Can someone please explain why this is happening and what I can do to fix this? I have attached a screenshot of the problem. Thank you, Michael. gabdara Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 Resize your desktop browser to some dimensions that are similar with a phone screen, then reload the page. If the images aren't loaded correctly you can use the development tools of the browser to see how the image link is looking as a starting point to solve this.
