Some controllers not found in the "Advanced Parameters" menu

I have recently updated to 1.6.1.0 version. At first, everything worked well, but now some errors have appeared in the Back Office.

 

Some controllers cannot be found. Looking at the URLs, they could be these ones: 

• AdminModuleMenu for the "Menu" item.
• AdminOrderEdit in the "Order Manager" item.
• AdminNovaPdf in the "PDF Export" item.

Where can I find these controllers? I've googled them, and searched in PrestaShop initial files and in previous installations. I couldn't find anything.

these are custom menus, likely created by custom modules you had installed previously.

You are right! In Administration > Menus I can see the modules that created each item.

I don't know how can they have been created. I haven't installed, neither downloaded, none of the modules.
