CutePanda
I have encountered an issue with the "save"-button at the checkout-page. I use the one paged checkout and it's a custom theme. It has worked fine until a few days ago, I do not know why. I have tried to go back to old backup's of the theme when I knew it worked - and still doesn't work as it should. I also tried to inactivate some modules and such to see if that solved it but it didn't. And in the locally installed version (the one for testing) the theme and all functions work fine - only need to click the button once for the payment methods to display. So it's weird that the live-version doesn't work. :S The issue goes like this: When I fill out the form and click the "Save"-button the text that says it's been save comes up - but not the payment methods. If I then click the button a second time the payment methods finally display. Really need some help with this one as I'm stuck in the problem and don't know what else could cause it out of nowhere. CutePanda
URL to Test? Here: http://bit.ly/1ISp3yf Note that I have put display:none on the text that says its been saved, temporarily so that they perhaps press the button twice thinking it hasnt gone through. Guest
Not sure I can help other than say that it is a real effect. I saw the effect on 3 different browsers. I would switch off all caching, switch off all third party modules and overrdies and see if the problem is still there. If it disappears, then switch things back on one at a time It could be another module / overide that is causing problems. For example there are Zopim cookies present but zopim is not active. So strip everything back to basics
CutePanda
Thank you for having a look at it. The zopim-scripts are coming from a zendesk script I have added for a chat-button to appear.Tried switching all cache off, all third party modules but nothing works. So weird Edit: I used to have a field that they had to click as well before to see payment options (terms of service). I removed that a little over a week ago, and disabled it in the back-office. Could that perhaps have left something? Edited August 3, 2015 by CutePanda (see edit history)
Guest
I think so yes. There is something changing between the two clicks but I can;t determine what. So that is a possibility
CutePanda
I tried having the checkbox there (but hidden - so my visitors wont see it) and checking that on the live-website made the payment options appear. I have tried several things for it to work normally - without having to check it, but doesn't work. So weird since it has worked fine before and on the local installation it works fine as well. :S

CutePanda
Got it to work! I went through all of the modules, side by side to see which modules were installed on the live-website that weren't on the local installation. I uninstalled the module "date of delivery" and now it works fine. Thank you for your help.
