Why arent more than one carrier showing in front office?

When I installed prestashop I had 2 carriers showing up in the front office.I deleted one of them and edited the other. I later added a new one. The new one doesnt show up in the fron office only the old edited one. Its activated and got the same settings as the older. same zone, price range, weight range etc. Ive tried to set the new one as default carrier or just disable the old one and only use the new one or simply add more carriers but nothing work. What am I doing wrong? Im using Version 1.2.5.0 of Prestashop.

I wish I could help, but am having the same issue and was just hopping on to the forums to try and find an answer. I also have only 1 carrier showing despite having 2 activated in the back office. Hope someone can help us out!

I had a similar problem too, I'm not sure exactly how it was resolved, I this I clicked save in the Handling area of the shipping tab, or something along those lines, and after that they appeared.

Try playing around with it more, if you can't get it to work, you can PM me your BackOffice info and I will take a quick look (and hopefully find out exactly what needs to be done to resolve this).

I had already done everything they talk about but I just tried again and changed some values making the carriers more unique having different ranges in weight and prices and somehow now its working!
