Drew
Hello, I am trying to upgrade my store from v1.3.7.0 To 1.4.11.0 but i have run in to an issue, using wamp server i have i have set up a local test in my upgrade but each time i try to upgrade prestashop via the install i get these two error messages. (attached below). I have no idea what has caused these issues or how to fix them. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated Kind regards Drew Edited August 2, 2015 by Drew (see edit history)
bellini13
i believe the problem is that you are using newer software technology that did not exist when v1.4.11 was released (newer php, newer mysql etc...). Why are you upgrading to v1.4 anyway? Why not use 1.6?
Drew
Hello bellini13, I thought it would be safer to upgrade to 1.4 then 1.5 then 1.6. i shall try a direct upgrade to 1.6 and report back. Fingers crossed it works Thank you for your help, i will let you know how it goes.
Drew
Unfortunately i cant directly upgrade to 1.6 as i need to be at 1.4 before i can upgrade that high. I shall look for an older version of wamp server and see if that helps
