Paypal EU v3.10.1 on 1.6.1.0 Fail

Hi i'm on presta 1.6.1.0 and used the default bootstrap ( only change the css ) and have some problems with Paypal Eu from a long time but today with 1.6.1.0 it's very complicated too have apparently a good version of Paypal from prestashop today  very persisting problems to use correctly paypal 

 

i'm using Last version of Paypal  EU  v3.10.1 and being on PayPal Intégral Evolution and also activated Paypal Login

When we are on the order opc advanced ( because module Eu is activated ) many problems appears 

 

first Paypal login doesn't work  - not appears and failed 

Paypal paiement doesen't work correctly when choosing it work sometimes but not always 

 

it appears when i check on google dev & Safari dev : 

 

Some errors on Js appears on api and quick-order :

TypeError: null is not an object (evaluating 'document.body.querySelectorAll') on api.js

I have reinstall Paypal module turn on the cache reinstall the initial theme default-bootstrap (without changing the css ) and still the same ... 

 

did you some ideas of what's the problem ? is not with the EU module ( on the advanced order, it still impossible to translate the line : I agree to the terms .... + the read links ...
