D-fox Posted February 28, 2010 Share Posted February 28, 2010 did you test if payment flow works ok ? You should pay yourself a small amount. Customer may have refused/change payment instructions or your module is not corectly installed. Is it the paypal email or paypal API ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

tomerg3 Posted February 28, 2010 Share Posted February 28, 2010 Many times this happens because payapl think the transaction is suspicious, so instead of sending your server a response that the transaction was successful (and have the order created on your site), they send a different response which shows the error in payment.There could be other issues too, but this is the most common one, check your paypal account and see if says th status of that order is Complete or Held.
