open/save product.php after adding attributes

Have a problem in one of my product

I am adding 7 attributes group for styles on product, and one additional for colors.
After adding attributes to a product i have these problems

1. Try to open product i get a dialog box, telling me to open or save product.php(and if i try to, it is empty(0 bytes)
2. In administration I can't open Combination tab under product.

To me it looks that to many generated combinations gives this problem.

If you have any suggestion to solve this problem, please advice

Also if you have suggestion how to avoid all these combination(3.000+) and still be able to add style and color to product, I would love to hear your suggestion.

could it be that anyone know how to solve/avoid this problem, it is really a problem, when I got this problem you can't open product and can't access it from admin.
