stephenf
We are using PrestaShop version 1.6.0.11 to update product price and quantity. We are able to import the data; however, the product category is changed to Home. Here is the import file ID;Reference;Final price;Quantity;Status 1645;TS112A;557.93;0;1 1676;TS115A;751.07;0;1 1677;0816311010177;274.67;0;1 We tried both the "force All Id" and the "Use reference number as Key" option on the import file. The Mapping does not include the product category in the import. In all cases the associated category of the products we import is reset to home. Yes we are sure the product had a category before the import began. How can this be? What are we doing wrong. Greatly appreciate any help or assistance. stephenf
What we want to know is how to preserve the existing and current product category when we do a CSV import that does not contain the category.
musicmaster
Are you sure you went to all the screen assigned all the fields? It is easy to overlook that in a second screen more fields are assigned.
