CSV Combinations import file

Anyone around that's a master of Csv import files?

 

I have exported from my store a CSV combinations file using Export Pro.  However I try and import it, but doesn't work correctly.

 

Any idea what I am doing wrong?  Sample File attached.

Hello,

 

I see some potential problems in your file:

 

Line 1: 15;Quantity:select:3;1,000:8;;;;;65;0;0;0;1;0;1;;;0;;0;;

The comma "," is commonly used to separate different attributes, so I would try "1.000" instead of "1,000".

 

Line 4: 23;Quantity:select:3;500:07:00;;;;;20;15;0;0;1;0;0;;;0;;0;;

You use ":" to separate fields in the attributes and values fields. You have "500:07:00" in your value fields, but there are only two fileds: "value" and "position".

 

Line 4 & 5: 23;Quantity:select:3;500:07:00;;;;;20;15;0;0;1;0;0;;;0;;0;;  -  23;Paper Type:select:7;135gsm Silk:0;;;;;20;15;0;0;1;0;0;;;0;;0;;

This seems to be one combination with two possible attributes. If so, they should be placed in the same line separated by ",". So, the line should be like this:

23;Quantity:select:3,Paper Type:select:7;500:1,135gsm Silk:0;;;;;20;15;0;0;1;0;0;;;0;;0;;

What version of PS are you using?

 

On the first line in your file for example, the amount may be the issue as Jrubio says above:

 

Rather than have:

15;Quantity:select:3;2,500:9;;;;;65;40;0;0;1;0;0;;;0;;0;;

 

have this instead:

15;Quantity:select:3;2500:9;;;;;65;40;0;0;1;0;0;;;0;;0;;
