Bert Jans
Hi, When a customer receives an email "password query", the link doesn't work. You can't click on it. If he copies the link and put him in his browser, it works fine. How can I repair the link in the email? Thanks, Bert

jotacee
I hope you fixed the problem... but for all of you guys who couldn't, the solution is easy: modify file /themes/default-bootstrap/mails/en/password_query.html (or language folder you need) from the FTP, instead of using the online editor of PrestaShop. When editing from PrestaShop backoffice, it changes some characters for security reason. But they forgot to remove that conversion in this special case. So there is no other way than editing and write it the way xuban user said.
