MilkSheikh Posted July 27, 2015 Share Posted July 27, 2015 Hello everyone, Been going through the forum back and forth and don't find the trick, or at least on latest PS versions. I am using 1.6.0.14 When a client leaves a personal message on the check-out page, before proceeding to payment, this message can be seen in the back office, in the order confirmation email received by the shop BUT it is not visible in the order confirmation email the CLIENT receives. I would like the client to also see the message he has written because these will be important information regarding his order and it is a re-insurance sign that the shop has received them as well.
