tomerg3 Posted July 27, 2015 Share Posted July 27, 2015 There are 2 options, one requires more work, the other requires a module. You would need to create a new Zone called US ONLY (The name does not matter), and move the country United States to the new zone, as well as each of the 50 states. Then create a new carrier for this zone, and set the shipping rate as 0. Now, create a new carrier for all the other zones, and set the price you wish. The module option is http://www.presto-changeo.com/en/shipping-modules/83-localized-shipping.html which lets you set shipping rates by country / state / zip (and not just by the zone), so you would not need to create a new zone and move country/states to it.
