Paypal error if used a Promo Code (Voucher)

I get an error message If coupon/voucher codes are applied.

 

Paypal says that the cart amount is not equal to checkout amount.

(I think paypal count also the promo code like an object)

 

 

 

This is the error message.

Unfortunately, an error occured while communicating with PayPal.

Short Error Message: Transaction refused because of an invalid argument. See additional error messages for details.
Detailed Error Message: The totals of the cart item amounts do not match order amounts.
Error Code: 10413
Please contact our Customer service and mention this error code to get this issue resolved.

 

I use Prestashop 1.5.3.1and paypal USa canada 1.3.8

SAME problem here.  Nobody seems to have fixed this, even after years of complaints.

 

Maybe it's time for me to finally be done with Prestashop.
