dovalle Posted July 23, 2015 Share Posted July 23, 2015 (edited) We have a store and no matter how much relevance we put to weight reference, the product related to that reference does not get the first place in search results which is very frustrating because the expected thing would be that at least by typing the exact reference of the product makes it appear in first place in search results but it doesnt ... what is the problem with prestashop search? is this a bug or am I missing something? I attached an image with the current weight settings in seach preferences. hoping someone (maybe PS staff ) can help .
