Adding to cart very slow after upgrade to 1.6.1.0

After I've upgraded to 1.6.1 adding to cart is very slow both in front- and backoffice.

 

Hit the "Add to cart" and it often takes from 10-60 secs before item gets added.

Also adding a manuel customer address is slow.

This all started after I've upgraded.
