webmotion
We are using Prestashop 1.6.1.0 with the PayPal module 3.10.0. Our site has a number of different currencies available - including AUD - which work throughout the site. However, when you submit an order to PayPal, the currency is changed back to GBP, for example: AU$ 216.20 - the value displayed within Prestashop £216.20 - the value displayed on PayPal As you can see, no currency conversion has been completed (it should be roughly £100). Has anybody else experienced this problem before? Any ideas on how to resolve?
bellini13
You likely have the Paypal module configured to use the stores default currency, which I suspect is GBP. Visit modules > payment section of your back office and confirm your currency restriction settings
webmotion
Thanks for your reply. I've updated the 'currency restrictions' setting to 'customer currency' and it appears to work!
