igrafica
Grazie anticipatamente a tutti
Dh42
There is no fix if your host will not let you modify it. You should think about switching hosts, Godaddy is poor quality host especially for PrestaShop.
clint
I have had bad experiences in the past with Godaddy and Prestashop. I'd DEFINITELY move away from them. I would bet a pound to a penny as soon as you move the site to a good host the problem either goes away or your hosting support fix it within 1 hour!!
HellYeah
This is something you need to check with your hosting provider. If they dont change this for you, it wont solve your problem. If you are based in Italy, you can find other hosting provider that support Prestashop. Try hostforlife.eu maybe...
carlosxvg1
Steps: 1. Open your cpanel and look for /public_html/ folder.2. Create a file and name it to .user.ini.3. Copy the codes below and save the fie: max_input_vars = 7000; max_execution_time = 180; 4. Make sure to switch your PHP Version to 5.4. (godaddy default) 5. Kill php process on cpanel Edited February 18, 2016 by carlosxvg1 (see edit history)
