Moving prestashop to a Sub-Domain

I have followed the guide here: http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/System+Administrator+Guide#SystemAdministratorGuide-MovingPrestaShop

 

I have copied all files to a separate folder, directed it in subdomain, created a copy of the database, redirected via config file to DB, then when i try to sign in with the /admin extension on the domain and it shows a blank page

 

any help appreciated

just turned debugging on and got this error:

Have you checked the permissions for your new sub-domain?

Was a permissions problem with smarty folders

 

any reason why the sub domain website admin panel works but site link displays a white page?

Hi ,

Check by removing cache from admin panel. Front-office URL,SEO URL.

When I change domain or URL of the prestashop for my websites,above mention fields need updates.

If you can access the back office, clear cache in the performance options
