[SOLVED]State fieldname not appear

i got a problem with the registering page,after filling in the the form and selected a country,there's an error saying

(this country require a state selection)

I've searched for any possible problems before me but none of them were not able to help.
The problem is there is no State drop down list for me to choose,do i need to do something about the html code or the database sql?

Solved,the problem is there is two country with same name,i put the state in other country that have been disable and the country that enable are without any state,i just need to re-enable the country and disable the country that dont contain any state.
