EPoS Intergration

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if someone could help me out.

I have a EPoS System that I would like to link into my Webstore (So I have the same stock levels etc on the web as I do in the store.)

How can I do this? Is there any modules that would work or do I send the data directly to the database of the web store?

I would appreciate any advice and the EPoS Company said they can make any modifications to the program as needed

If it's possible to have the EPoS upload a CSV via FPT to the web store, there are quite a few modules around that do auto import on CSVs. Just stock levels would be very quick.

 

I have done this before between a warehouse stock management system and Prestashop using this module & tutorial

Works very well but the CSV import is not an option in the free version.

I could get the EPoS system to output data in csv but how would it upload and assgin the images for the products?

 

I own the EPoS Company as well so modifying the ecom sync app is not that hard.

Uploading images would also be possible using automatic CSV import.

 

The example I gave which I used when I needed to achieve this will also update the images.

 

If your references are unique and match the websites references this would need very little setup
