Faceted Navigation Block - No upgrade has been applied

Hi,

 

I have a little Problem.

 

I can´t Install / Activate the Faceted Navigation Block (Block_Facettennavigation).

 

Always get that error: 

 

Die folgenden Module wurden nicht aktualisiert:

• Block Facettennavigation : 
      No upgrade has been applied
      To prevent any problem, this module has been turned off

 

Tried to follow the Tutorial to update the SQL Database:

No success... (something go wrong in the SQL Database)

 

My question... is it possible to install this module in another way?
