Factures PDF back-office

Bonjour,

 

Je vous écris car je suis actuellement face à un problème : j'ai un site qui vise une clientèle française et étrangère, et j'aimerais pouvoir imprimer les factures clients dans leur langue.

 

En front office pas de problème, la facture est éditée dans la langue du client, mais en back office le fonctionnement de prestashop semble être d'éditer la facture dans la langue du back office. Par exemple, si je suis en français dans le back office, un anglais aura donc sa facture imprimée en français.

 

Le seul moyen que j'ai trouvé pour le moment est donc de changer la langue du back-office en fonction de celle du client, ce qui évidemment n'est pas pratique.

 

Cela semble très étonnant que de base il n'y ait pas moyen d'imprimer la facture du client dans sa langue.

I am writing because I am now facing a problem: I have a website which aims to French and foreign customers, and I would be able to print customer invoices in their language.

 

In front office no problem, the bill is published in the customer's language, but back office operation prestashop seems edit the invoice in the language of the back office. For example, if I am in French in the back office, will have an English printed in the French bill.

 

The only way I've found for now is to change the language back-office according to that customer, which obviously is not practical.

 

This seems very surprising that there are no basic way to print the customer's bill in his language.

Vous avez décrit avec précision. Il n'y a pas une telle option dans PrestaShop, mais le module M4 PDF Extensions peut imprimer dans chaque langue installée dans le Back Office. Voir l'image diapositive 11.

 

You described it accurately. There is no such option in PrestaShop, but the M4 PDF Extensions module can print in every installed language in Back Office. See the 11th image slide.
