Help with coding issues in Permanent Links Block

Hi all,

You can see that I've edited the permanent links module so that the icons and text are now replaced by images!

I have one problem, If I edit the code (see below) to remove the text ' Click To Add To Favourites' it also removes the button I've created. Here is the edited code for permanent links

As I've said by removing this text it removes the button just above. Does anyone know how to fix this?
