Product Combinations and Attributes - Easy way?

I have set up a new Local Print ordering website and struggling a little. Print products can have a large number of Product combinations and attributes associated with them. 

Is there an easier way to upload a CSV file with all the information..

 

I have products already listed on my store... for example perfect Bound Books.

At the moment I have only listed quantity and Pages.

 

I would like to add combinations and attributes such as;

 

Cover: - Colour Cover / Black & White Cover

Inners: - Full Colour / Black and White

Number of Pages 

Quantity, from 5 - 1,000

 

 

I need help with a CSV file to upload all the product information and product combinations like the generator but a spreadsheet format so I can add the prices easily.

 

Argh! Sounds complicated. Help!
