Cancellation reason

Hi all,

 

I'm looking for a way to ask the Prestashop employee a question when he cancels an orders.

 

Using hooks, I can detect a status change and detect that I need to ask the question.

But that doesn't seem to allow me to "take a detour" and present the employee with the question and then continue with the order status changing.

 

Or can I?

 

Any help is more than welcome!
