Why do you want to delete that? It is the only way (except for the "My account" page) that customers can see what products they have subscribed to receive an out-of-stock notification for and choose to stop receiving those notifications. Unless you plan to disable the out-of-stock notifications, you shouldn't remove it.

If you do want to disable the out-of-stock notifications, go to Modules > Mail alerts v2.2 and untick "Gives the customer the possibility to receive a notification for an available product if this one is out of stock". Then you can {* comment out *} the code in modules/mailalerts/my-account.tpl to remove the links.
