press release new section

Hello, I want to add a section for my prestashop website its called press releases:

from the back-end i want to enter:
title (textbox)
description (texarea)
date (year month)
PDF (file upload)

In the frontend all the uploaded files will be grouped in an archive form:
2009
2008
2007
.
.
on click on a year it will list the PDFs of this year for the users to download.

How can I do this?
