Hi all,

I lost Hipay [no doubt my fault] and I am now trying to reinstall it by downloading the module

I have a message from the add-ons shop saying 'congratulations' etc and what to do ie go to modules in back office and select 'zip file modules' but I cannot see this option. I have  the zip download in my downloads folder but I understood it would be setup automatically in my Prestashop Cloud

Any ideas?

If you're running on the latest version of PrestaShop, you should see on the upper right part of the screen, a button " Connect to PrestaShop Marketplace account". Link your cloud shop to your Addons account by using the same log in credentials as the Addons LogIn. 

 

Now that it's connected you should be able to access the module from the Modules and Services tab.

I too am having problems with configuring Hipay, I don't know all the language that goes on behind the scenes, so it's no use sending me 'code' 

 

I have installed the module, I have created a Hipay wallet, and have all the required info to insert into the relevant fields.

 

I have contacted Hipay support and received the manual 4 times ... hello? 

 

The drop downs for the categories is not functional in £ or the Euro section, I have selected the appropriate 'cateogry' in US dollar.

 

So, what now? The screen in the configuration page says ...

 

Hipay categories are not defined for each Site ID Impossible to retrieve Hipay categories. Please refer to your error log for more details.

I have no idea what an error log is ... so am stuck.

 

I am running version 1.6.09

 

If anyone can help I would appreciate your comments.  I have contacted 'Commercial Hipay' <[email protected]> once more and hope they will be of assistance this time ;O(
