Tax problem, real tax not included 1.6.1.0

Since the update to 1.6.1.0 the tax rate is not included at the front of the shop. The strange part is that the tax is correctly being displayed in the back end, but in the front, even when the text VAT included is being displayed, it really is not included. What to do?

I have a similar problem. But if i go to last step of order page, it shows the price and tax correct, and when i return to home page again, all the prices are displayed with tax included correctly.
