[Solved] Issue with Referal Program module in Moon template

Hi there!

I am currently using Moon theme with PS 1.2.5 and I installed the referal Program module. I got a problem with the position of the module and I would like to solve it.

When you log into your account and click on your profile, you can access to your referal program.

Then, the problem is at this step.

I would like to change the position of the module but I am not qualified for it. I would be very grateful if someone could help me. Furthermore, I cannot see the button where you fill in your name, surname and e-mail address. How can I make it readable?

I still got a problem with blank space, where you fill in your name, surname and e-mail address. I would like to make it more readable.
